A leading insurance provider struggled with disconnected online application flows and manual policy processing steps that slowed time-to-bind and created SLA risk.
As Technical Lead, I owned the Salesforce build: custom objects and flows for policy tracking, customer record management, and end-to-end processing aligned to business workshops.
Data migration, environment promotion, and automated deployment pipelines were established so releases could move predictably from dev through UAT to production.
